Delivery Point Changes
The next regularly scheduled CASS certification process (Cycle L) will be implemented August 1, 2007. On that date, the process by which a ZIP + 4 code is added to an address (delivery point) will dramatically change. The delivery point process will now be required to include primary number validation through the use of the DPV™ Product to apply a ZIP + 4 code.
