Daleen Selects Group 1 to Provide Customized Billing Documents
Lanham, MD — Group 1 Software (Nasdaq: GSOF) and Daleen Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: DALN) announced today a worldwide OEM agreement for the creation and delivery of print and Web-based business documents such as bills and letters. Under the agreement, Group 1's customer relationship communications solution, DOC1, has been integrated into Daleen's pure Internet-enabled billing and customer care solution, RevChain Commerce.
The Daleen RevChain product line is comprised of a set of industry-focused software suites and core applications built on the Daleen Internet Integration Architecture (IIA) system. The IIA system leverages open Internet technologies to integrate seamlessly with legacy and existing systems while requiring zero code on the client. These industry-focused software suites automate and manage service providers' revenue chains and provide functionality including service creation and management, customer management, order and fulfillment, billing and settlement.
Group 1's DOC1 enables companies to create high impact personalized communications for delivery in print or via Web, e-mail, fax or wireless devices. Over 450 leading organizations worldwide rely on DOC1 to generate tens of millions of customer-focused business documents each month. Current RevChain customers utilizing DOC1 include FLAG Telecom (Nadaq: FTHL) and EUR Systems.
