Group 1 Promotes Ken Chow
to Vice President of Business Development and e-Commerce
Lanham, MD — Group 1 Software (Nasdaq: GSOF) announced today that Kenneth T. Chow has been promoted to the newly-created position of vice president of business development and e-commerce. Mr. Chow has been with Group 1 since 1999, previously as executive director of marketing.
In his new position, Mr. Chow will be responsible for the development and management of Group 1's strategic partnerships and alliances. He will also direct product strategy for Group 1's e-commerce initiatives, including the recently launched real-time Web service, DataQuality.net. Mr. Chow will also lead the development and rollout of Group 1's eCRM offerings.

Mr. Chow has over 15 years experience in hi-tech marketing, sales and business development. He has developed cooperative relationships with world-leading technology companies, including Microsoft, Intel, and Cisco. Prior to joining Group 1, Ken served as vice president of marketing for Network Alchemy, in Santa Cruz, California.
