Integrating Group 1 Software's Customer Communication Management (CCM) solution enables Orga Systems to handle bills efficiently
Munich, February 15, 2007–The integration of Group 1 Software’s Customer Communication Management solution (CCM) has provided Orga Systems with a solution for handling bills efficiently, as well as for billing, rating and charging. Right from the start, Group 1 Software’s CCM solution will be integrated into the planning and installation of new pre-billing systems, providing intelligent data management, customer-specific communication, high-performance generation and distribution, integrated archiving and the e-presentation of documents. As a result, both organisations will be able to realize another important component in the pre-billing chain.
